Sunday Dinner February 9, 2025 - Serves 2, $60
I'm going low and slow with my first Sunday Dinner of 2025!

Entree: Slow-Braised Blueberry Short Ribs served over Creamy Polenta and Roasted Veggies: These Braised Beef Short Ribs are so tender and flavorful! There’s nothing better than a rich and delicious beef dish that falls off the bone! The blueberries give a sweet essence, that balances perfectly with the salty nuttiness of the polenta, and earthiness of the roasted vegetables.

Dessert: For this Sunday Dinner, I am making Mixed Berry Crisp with loads of fresh  strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries, baked with a topping of toasty oats, walnuts, brown sugar, warm spices, and lemon zest! Don't forget to pick up your ice cream!

The Extra Dish for Sunday, February 9
(Please note, these dishes are not included in the special and do cost extra)

Blackeyed Peas with Smoked Turkey and Cornbread! $15 I missed making my pot of Hop'n John for New Year's, but the way this year is going, we need all the good luck we can muster, so I'm throwing down. Added to this delicious pot of beans is some hearty mustard greens to add a little pepper that brightens the smoky and creaminess of these beans! ~ $15, 16 oz serving plus cornbread.

Golden Winter Soup: $12 is a creamy vegan soup made with butternut squash, potato, and leeks. Serving size: 16 oz., $12

Fresh Baked Country French Bread: $12 - I raise my dough for 18 hours, proof for 2 hours, and bake to a golden crust. 1 loaf, $12
