Green Pozole is by far my favorite... slow simmered whole chicken then, shredded off the bone, added to the broth my roasted verde sauce of tomatillos, poblano chilis, onions, cilantro, lime, jalapeno, and garlic, then slow simmered together, adding white hominy and chayote squash, and served with fresh avocado, radish, cilantro, and lime with tortilla chips on the side.
