PAELLA
Whether you want Paella for 2, 6, 8, 12, 20 or more, no problem! I am able to prepare your Paella's for pick up, or I can come and cook onsite! All my paella's or made with locally sourced, and all organic ingredients. I do a variety of paellas that include: A Traditional Mixed Paella, All Seafood Paella, Vegan Paella, and a Paella de Carne.

I have beautiful pans to prepare your dishes in, and I do charge a deposit for the pans, which vary in price depending on the size of the pan. If you are within a 10 mile radius, I am happy to come pick up, and I will happily refund the pan deposit back to you.
This is an all seafood paella of Gulf Prawns, locally sourced scallops, Prince Edward Island Mussel, Littleneck clams, simmered in a sofrito of tomatoes, garlic, green bell peppers, onions with the beautiful aromatics of Paprika of Saffron.

Traditional Mixed Paella
This is a beautiful paella of Mary's Organic Chicken Thighs, Spanish Chorizo from Bilbao, Prince Edward Island Mussels, Littleneck Clams, Large Gulf Prawns, all simmered in a sofrito of tomatoes, garlic, green bell beppers, and onions with the beautiful aromatics of Paprika and Saffron.

Seafood Paella
Vegan Paella
A mix of wild mushrooms, red bell pepper, zucchini, artichoke hears, butter beans, green olives, peas and asparagus all simmered in a sofrito of tomatoes, garlic, green bell peppers, and onions with the beautiful aromatics of Paprika and Saffron, nestled into the bomba rice.

Paella de Carne
Slow braised short ribs with red wine and fresh herbs, married with smokey chorizo then nestled into the saffron infused bomba rice, and simmered together in an aromatic mushroom sofrito, and then sprinkled with fresh peas.
