I have to share with my blog followers…I have made lifetime for
Weight Watchers. I lost a total of 15 pounds, but the biggest part was lowering my blood pressure and loosing inches off of my waist. Now loosing the inches off of my waste had a lot to do with
Jazzercise, but making better eating decisions was a plus! So, to those of you that are out there and struggling with
Weight Watchers, you can do it…and it is so worth it! I am in the process of digging up a before and after pictures to post, so keep your eyes open.
