After I attended my
Weight Watcher's meeting yesterday, and I had lost 2.8 pounds this week, it re-motivated me to start my new hobby. Lately I have really enjoyed cooking, and I have especially enjoyed preparing Weight Watcher's and healthy eating recipes. I know there are thousands of them out there so I have committed to trying a new one every week. And what better way to share the ones that I enjoy than on a blog. I am totally addicted to this whole blog thing, could you tell?
LOL. So here we go, my next post will be of the excellent dinner that I prepared last night.
Now keep in mind, Pete & I are probably the PICKIEST eaters ever, so it is difficult for us to find recipes that fit our needs.
I will always reference the actual recipe, but tell you how I tweaked it so that we can eat it.
